Tell your friend with the pup to get him a Thundershirt. We got one for our shih tzu a year ago and he loves it. Sleeps comfortably through the worst storms. Everyone we have recommended it to has found the same thing for their pups.
Lots of water standing all along the West Coast and it will get worse. |
