BAY AREA -- The Bay area continues to feel the affects of Tropical Storm Debby as the storm inches closer to northeast Florida. The Florida Highway Patrol has shut down the Sunshine Skyway and the northbound lanes of the Howard Frankland Bridge due to high winds, heavy surf, and flooding. The Courtney Campbell Causeway remains open for now but that may change. "It looks like Debby will be affecting us for a few more days," said Bay News 9 Meteorologist Alan Winfield.
