Hi from Puerto Rico.  It seems King Tutt is actually helping this time.  To me, its outflow is enhancing the "rotation" of the wave at upper levels.  But the Tutt is supposed to move south, and closer, and then the outflow will be too fast, shearing the wave.  Interesting!!!
