I'm not sure how Florence does it... it shouldn't be firing up at all... it's in a sea of dust, cut off from most moisture and fighting shear ...yet it's there whenever I look.
Easy to say "it's dead, stick a fork in it" but it's not dead... it keeps moving west as a small dot against all odds. Explain that to me.
In comparison...92 looks weak, has moisture but no real sense of a center.
As far as the next one...til I see one make it past the sea of dust and the wall of shear... it shoudn't be there logically at all. |
