If anyone encountered any problem with various sites not handling TD7 properly, like these for example:

http://tropic.ssec.wisc.edu/
http://www.nrlmry.navy.mil/TC.html

The reason is because of the file Cypress posted. The NHC accidentally released the file:

invest_RENUMBER_al072012_al922012.ren

Which is actually the opposite of what it should be. The first part is what you are renaming from and the second part what you are renaming to. It should have been this:

invest_RENUMBER_al922012_al072012.ren

As it was released, the file name said rename 07 to 92 which is why a lot of sites failed, including mine, although I fixed it so that my site can properly bypass this error in the future.
