94L TD ?

Nicely tight circulation on visible imagery, although lacks convection near the center. However, bouy just south of the center showing westerly winds around 20kts. NHC could upgrade to TD status later today.

Convection should begin to increase as the vortex moves over increasing OHC and this will offset the dry air layer to the north which is holding this in check for now. A large area of deep layer moisture is on the south half of the system and as convection increases so will the moisture influx followed by greater thermodynamics.

Are next hurricane should come from 94L... PR looks to be in its track.
