The satellite loop is showing this thing to still be headed WSW....Isaac will have to feel the upper air dynamics in a big way if he is to suddenly turn to the NW for 24 hours and then WNW.  I think the center...wherever it really is will miss Haiti/Dom. Rep.  It seems to me the HWRF was on to something showing Isaac moving to the WSW for some time...it is not now, but...  We will see a better picture after the NOAA plane samples the upper atmosphere this afternoon and that data plugged into the equations.  

Isaac, overall, is looks like it is getting its act together.
