If that is what is going on here, I am elated to see that this young man has found in weather something that he obviously is passionate about. He seems pretty dedicated, as he has many of these videos. I know it probably seems ridiculous and over-the-top to many, but I think to this kid it's everything, and I think many of us here know that feeling. I know I do!
