Isaac's tail is creating havok in the South and Central Puerto Rico. Yesterday, San Juan (North) registered gusts up to 38 mphs, which is expected. The south part registered TS winds, albeit more gusting. Have not heard of any official report of TS sustained winds, but I expect they will soon come. Now, it seems that the rain band affecting us if full of energy. Today, gusts have been knocking down trees andelectrical poles in Southern PR. HEavy rain reported in almost all of Puerto Rico, and rain is expected to cntinue at least through tomorrow.
Oe casualty reported yesterday when an old lady fell off her roof while trying to take off her TV antenna!
