| 11PM and 5AM track and position noted. 5AM NHC position accurate within 30 nautical miles. (that value from forecast advisory). Plane I don't think can get close enough to Haiti to get to the center, but we'll see again shortly. Just wanted to show the center and track differences from 11PM and 5AM. Non updating image.  |
