Vort messages from HH indicate that what is happening in the core is that this system is becoming better organized.  Maybe the satellite doesn't reflect that , but it appears that even the satellite presentation is getting better.

I thought Jim was referring to the hype of the media not the storm's organization as a tropical entity.
