A little off topic, but take a look at this. The last 3 weeks here in SE LA have brought many areas 12-15 inches of rain and the ground is saturated. This will shift with the track but a large area may have double-digit rainfall. Add to this the rising tides from a slow-moving system, and there could be some serious problems.
