It sure seems like reformation is likely later on. Image as of about 10 minutes ago. 11pm track noted. Key West radar. NOAA floater.

996mb on this image was from sonde with:

996mb (Surface) 350° (from the N) 23 knots (26 mph)
So, pressure would be lower at the center, maybe 994-993mb.

Recon doing another pass toward now.
