That--"daughter" of Isaac--sure is liking that warm warm water.  And no one on the Gulf coast
needs more rain/storms-- can we send this one back to the Cape Verde's????

the steering currents that I saw (may not be the right layer--but) look to take it back over
the pan handle of FL--eek!
