| Chris and Jim make a valid point...I remember the complaints of the 2004 season when Charley was bullseyed for Tampa in the national media--It turned early and dealt us a whole lot of greif but I recall folk in the Tampa area griping that they had boarded up and evacuated "for nothing" which was hard to hear after my home had been flattened like it had been hit by a steam roller....Props to Ft Myers Met Jim Ferell though as he called the turn early and we did get some warning |
