Early Fall Storm to Bring Heavy Rains to the Appalachians

A developing low pressure system will move along the Appalachian Mountains tomorrow and Tuesday bringing heavy rain along with it. Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches are forecast which may lead to isolated flooding incidents. Additionally, this system could potentially bring severe weather to much of the East Coast on Tuesday.
