In terms of surge you're right but its tough to say how this will go. If the center of rotation stays north of LI and NYC thats ideal in terms of surge impacts, if its south theres trouble.Such a small difference in track that could influence of so many on the coast. That loop de loop it shows leaves severe wind lashing the I95 corridor for more than 24 hours millions probably will lose power.
