 MPH MONDAY MORNING...BECOMING EAST 40 TO 55 MPH WITH GUSTS 70 TO
 80 MPH MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THEN BECOMING SOUTHEAST
 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO
 TUESDAY.
