| I think that graphic is in error. Here is what I just found.and wrote. The NHC has now narrowed down where Sandy will strike. Damaging winds (+58 MPH) are now expected to arrive on the Delmarva Peninsula and the southern New Jersey coast around noon on Monday. Then move inland and last for approximately 24 hours.
