Typhoon SON-TINH update.

I'm not down playing Sandy/Frankenstorm  I'm just passing information along.

The Parcel Islands, China were hit  Typhoon SON-TINH.  I have not figured how to get the past storm information but according to the
information I am posting, not the newest information but it is something, the winds were around 115.078 a cat 3.  Haina, China (north of the eye
has also been affected.  I'll try to get damage info asap.
