My site and the Navy site (NRL) both use the NHC's ATCF system. (which NRL developed) 99E was last updated at 2am EDT on Tuesday and deactivated Tuesday evening. Because of that, it only appears in the archive on my site. You can view the previous run here:

By clicking the Google Map icon in the table under Model Data.

However, if it returns then it will pop back up again on the Navy site and also on my site. It is actually flaring up a bit at the moment.
