16S.HARUNA hit Madagascar as a cat 1 W Pacific has remained active all year

Haruna had been traveling in circles and finally became a tropical cyclone making landfall north west of the city of Toliara in the Toliara providence/state(?) as a cat 1.





The W. Pacific has remained active before and after their typhoon season, what a mess.  

02W.SHANSHAN became a named storm, sorry I don't know when, it was in the area of the Philippians for a good length of time and what remains is heading toward Malaysia.
