that chastised a lady for saying she was watching another station & heard it was coming towards her street - she had just lost her home, had nothing but the clothes on her back, was obviously in shock, was wheezing horribly, could hardly catch her breath, said she was looking for oxygen & the moron offerred no help whatsoever, just chastised her for watching another station...

incredible, anything for a story, no human feelings whatsoever - I immediately turned that station off
