it's all that shear in the upper atmosphere I think that is the main cause of all this activity, not to mention that this spring was rather a cool one and now that summer is here we are seeing the worst weather of the season that should of occurred in the spring.  It's gonna be a bumpy ride this summer so we may want to buckle our seatbelts this hurricane season.  Mother nature will be testing and teasing us.
