Typhoon Soulik update.

Winds are now expected to reach 130 kts (Super Typhoon) with gusts of 160 kts before hitting Ishigakijima, Japan.  Soulik will be south of Ishigakijima (Ishigakijima will be on the east side of this monster) then (for now) the Northern tip of Taiwan, China will get hit with winds of 100 kts.
