Western Pacific is active again...

it has some down time but not much.  

I am using http://rammb.cira.colostate.edu/products/tc_realtime/index.asp posted by Chris earlier.  If you go to their page scroll down, in this case, to Western Pacific, and click on the image a new page will appear then click on the image you will get a pop up of the real time loop.
