The media keeps getting it wrong though. Although, the NHC didn't help matters. They did a post saying that basically they wouldn't know until probably after the tropical cyclone report is written. Then today they said no record, it was 3 hours from the record. In that same post, they still gave the caveat about best track data. Oh well, fun is over I guess.

Time to watch to see how Gabrielle might affect Canada and how 93L develops in the Bay of Campeche.
