Not 100% sure but I have been following that invest all along while stranded out on the rig and noticed its circulation on vis. sat. for the last week...which became very weak by itself.  Two things...I am happy to be waiting on my flight to Houston at New Orleans and enjoying my Captain and Coke...(a month) and I also believe this whole system will be providing an abundance of rain for you there in the Fla. Panhandle:)
