My apologies not a cat 4 a cat 3, winds will expected to reach 110kts/126.586 mph.
It looks like mainland Japan might be in for some nasty weather.

WIPHA has taken a very nice form over the past hours.  24W.NARI a cat 3 is almost on the mainland of the Philippines.



24W.NARI a cat 3 is almost on the Philippine mainland, Cabanatuan & Gapan City appear to be the largest city's in the area I was unable to locate the smaller villages that must be very near landfall.
