THE INITIAL POSITION IS BASED ON DEFINED EYE FEATURE IN THE EIR ANIMATION WITH HIGH CONFIDENCE. THE INITIAL INTENSITY IS BASED ON DVORAK INTENSITY ESTIMATES OF 140 KNOTS FROM PGTW AND KNES.
