"a state that could reconstruct the base state of the Pacific, favoring an El Niño" well said... but that's way different than screaming SHARK when you think something looks funny and everyone is onto the El Nino news...yet it's a process and few El Ninos are a like and it's creation is as fluid as the birth of a hurricane.
