Although their answer is not that satisfying. I think that should have been made more clear.
They do say it is still the case from 1979, but to a lesser extent. Katrina and Audrey are not included. You can view some supporting information here:

It has some of the experiment with asking people various scenarios and just changing the name. The other file is the raw figures they used.
