Looking over the steering winds and the WV loops, My thoughts are the steering winds are shifting North, and I don't think the frontal boundary will hit the SE states in time to keep Arthur out to see. There is also no dry air to be seen and I think we will see a Cat 1 at the 12am advisory. He is still heading North, should this trend N continue and there is no shift to the East, this could spell bad for the SC coastline of georgetown and Myrtle Bch areas, both being heavy with tourist activity this time of year, as well as the NC coastlines. Time will tell with how the steering winds will shift.
