Thanks very much, Jim and Aqua, for your support.  Jim - you're so right!!  It was the worst!!

I see that no one has yet commented on Isern's article, but it's still on the website (and was in today's print edition, as expected).   I've got to head out for an appointment now, but later will try to find an email for this guy and maybe his boss, and link them to this thread.
