First outlook appearance at 2am EDT on Sunday:

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. A tropical wave located just offshore of the coast of west Africa is producing an area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Any development of this system is expected to be slow to occur over the next several days while it moves to the west at 15 to 20 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
Forecaster Blake"
A very large yellow oval area of where it could form: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=5

By the way, archived outlooks have also been added back. I like the ability to go back and see how the chances have changed.
