It's odd that they would reject you. Dr. Gray uses statistics too so they are not against that. It can't simply be about being a meteorologist either, because they invite storm chasers.

You would think people at these conferences would be most likely to like to hear from you. You would think the public would be the ones most interested in the storm chaser video and that people at conferences would be more interested in the science. But I guess I do get it. They have to be very nice to the people who do get that video or chasers may not let them use it. (or at the very least make them pay a lot more)

I can't believe those conferences are that expensive. Those are Disney World prices for scientific information.
