| I have a neighbor that has that problem. They put in a pipe that drains from the backyard to the front yard to let it out in the street and they also have a sump pump too. (There den was flooding too.) I have no idea how that works, automatic or manual. I think a lot of people near me have that issue across the street from me. (not as bad) My side of the street has a canal behind houses but the other side has houses behind them and water seems to collect very easily when it rains heavily as it just can't runoff easily. |
