| Not so sure that anything will develop with the shear being in place as of late.... Even off the Coast of Africa, the SAL says Nope...  Even the MIMIC isn't showing anything...although all that warm water off the coast of Fl and SC has me worried for when Sept gets here.  Am I wrong here? Anyone is welcome to chime in, but I am not seeing anything conclusive right now that would warrant development unless it were to come off a frontal boundary. |
