Erika's Rising Convection

| We got green blobs on the funk top loop! My view is the green blobs indicate rising clouds nearing the stratosphere, and usually a coresponding drop in pressure. As large in area Erika is, I'm a little bit puzzled about why there is no eye by the aug 27 1:15 UTC frame.  |
