I will say, from someone living in Mobile, that this system will likely be a good candidate to receive a post-season designation as an unnamed tropical storm.  Winds have been sustained at approximately 25-30 all day, with gusts topping 60.  Lots of damage in the area, heavy rains, and flooding.  We've tropical storms that did less than this system is doing.
