They constantly do a ton of research, so hiring new people would be really difficult. So much experience would be lost if some people didn't move with them. Tampa International Airport is large, so even if they can't do something temporary or permanent at MacDill, hopefully they can there. We have various smaller airports too all around the metropolitan area, so there are a lot of other alternatives within a reasonable commute.
