oh ok Jim...

I remember playing Frisbee in between rains out in the parking lot of my apartment complex when I lived in Jacksonville at the time.  I remember not having to go into work at the NAS Jax due to TS Faye and the river rose up to the medical clinic where I worked to where the river rats decided to make a home in the clinic and being a public health tech at the time was called to place traps to catch the nasty buggers.

I have to admit, I have mixed feelings about living along the coastline, miss the beaches and the ocean, but don't miss when Tropical systems decided to affect the city I was living at while I was in the Navy.  I'm retired now and moved in with parents in the middle of SC  to help them out; if I had a choice though I would be back in Jacksonville in a heartbeat :)
