I don't see that circulation by the convection

the 12Z  position on ftp site had it just above the tip of Yucatan & latest RGB shows a circulation up there, slightly north of 12Z position

CMC2 (GEM) is currently best performing, per Jim's/Chris' map, which starts at the last ftp position (12Z)
