This is posted on the NHC site. It looks really helpful...but is it only available to subscribers to the:

        -NOAA Weather Wire Service
        -Emergency Managers Weather Information Network
        -NOAAPORT
        Other NWS Partners and NWS Employees

It sounds like it would be a very useful tool for the general public but I cannot see where they (we) can see it.

Anyone know?
