If you mean a hit in Jim's top 5 city picks, I don't think so. They kind of either danced around them, were weaker at the time or were post-tropical at the time. As for other cities in the database, there were some.

It was post-tropical, though still a strong storm, with higher winds southeast and well offshore, when it went by Cape Hatteras.
