I think that is pretty doubtful. This still looks to be a battle for dominance between the suspected lows. As many here have anticipated, it appears the one N of Hispaniola is emerging as the dominant low, but I think recon again this morning may not classify it because the convection continues to get absolutely pounded by shear. 99L continues to look to me like the little engine that couldn't.  |
