a question on ASCAT times

somewhere on Twitter, I think it was Eric Blake, said the time the ASCAT pass was taken is the time listed on the bottom of the image, next to the swath & not the time listed at the top

so this (most recent) was taken at 2:30 GMT ? (or 10:30PM EDT)  wow... do we ever need goes-r...
