That's because it is going into a less shear environment, I still think IMO the track continues west...sorry....if it goes back east, then it won't develop due to increasing shear.  The further west it goes, the better the conditions.  My thinking is when is the cold front going to pick TD 9 up and move it out, or has the cold front stalled and that is why TD 9 continues westbound?

Just trying to figure things out right now....the track keeps moving west in the models.
