92L becoming better defined

Visible Sat and area obs indicate that the circulation is gradually becoming better defined. Upper air conditions are more conducive than the NHC is indicating which happens often. Deep layer moisture surrounds the low and has expanded. lastly, outflow is decent in all quads and surface inflow has a northern band with some curvature... interesting
