Something Trying to Fire Up in the Caribbean?

Check out what appears to be a surface low directly south of Haiti and northwest of Colombia (at the time of this posting). This caught my eye last night. Today, it continues to try to fire up some associated convection. Tiny little bugger, but perhaps something to keep an eye on?
